Permanence is now possible! M-Disc DVD Duplicator is here

Duplicator4All.com proudly anounce the M-Disc DVD Duplicator. Write once, Read Forever!

The only permanent file backup solution is now available only Systor Systems UK Ltd. Millenniata the creator of M-Disc made all this possible.

The M-Disc is the first ever permanent file backup disc that lasts forever. Unlike computer hard-drives and optical discs (CD and DVD) that suffer from decay, destroying the files you were trying to preserve and protect, the M-DISC cannot be overwritten, erased, or corrupted by natural processes. Best of all, you can access your data anywhere and anytime. It is the new standard in digital storage.

Please watch the video for more info and understanding the M-Disc technology

The M-DISC is for businesses, scrapbookers, photographers, archivists, genealogists, or literally anyone! If you have files, photos, or important documents that you can’t afford to lose then you need the M-DISC. Files are literally engraved on the M-DISC and will never suffer from decay or natural degradation. Plus, the M-DISC is compatible with any DVD player so you can access your files whenever you need them!

Produplicator - How does the Smart USB work

Produplicator offers a USB feature for the duplicator called "Smart USB". This feature will allow the user to transfer any type of file or digital information from a PC onto the Duplicator’s hard drive (HDD).  To do so, connect a computer with our duplicator’s hard drive via USB.  Then place all files that are to be transferred onto the duplicator’s HDD into a folder on the PC (each folder should be smaller than the full capacity of the type of media intended to be copied onto).  Use the provided software to move that folder onto the duplicator’s hard drive.  Once done, the controller is capable of burning all files inside this folder onto a blank disc as Data format.

Note: In order to make the Smart USB work, duplicator must have a Hard Drive and USB.

Produplicator and Smart USB Connection

The typical way to operate a standalone duplicator is to take a prerecorded master disc (typically a project that exists on the user's PC, which is burned onto a recordable disc creating the "Master Disc") for whatever project they want to duplicate. That master disc is then inserted into the duplicator's reader drive along with blank discs, for which the content is intended to be copied, and then the duplicator is activated to perform the copy procedure. It is not incredibly complicated but is not the most efficient way to initiate the copy procedure.

For this reason, Produplicator have a Smart USB Connection (optional on the duplicators) feature, which eliminates the need to create that first master disc. The feature works by transferring the content intended to be copied directly from a PC or even across a network and load it onto the duplicator’s hard drive (HDD). Once stored on the duplicator’s HDD, the user can initiate the copy process immediately, saving time and effort.

After Produplicator introduced this feature, competitive controller manufacturers tried to piggyback on Produplicator's success by offering similar features. However, the Produplicator version still reigns supreme due to the fact that it doesn't require some complicated third party software adaption to work. Produplicator's smart usb connection works through standard Window's point click operation whereas with a simple driver update. The competitor's version requires a 3rd party software that is not intuitive and is far more complicated and time consuming than the process it's trying to replace.

So don't let fancy titles or misrepresentations that others offer the same features as Produplicator fool you into thinking the features are exactly the same. Produplicator thinks about what will make the user's life easier, our competitors simply think, how they can match what Produplicator offers. Don't find out the hard way that it's easier to pretend to offer Produplicator's features than to actually match them. Instead, just purchase the Produplicator brand and avoid the hassles.

Produplicator and Copy Protection Software

Produplicator and Copy Protection Software

Everyone is accustomed to products or software being obsolete 10 minutes after they purchase it.  Either there’s a better and newer offering that comes out or the feature needs an upgrade to stay relevant and meet its expectations.

That’s true with our Copy Protection Software (CPS) as well.  The CPS can become susceptible to new technologies working to break the protective barriers created through other software solutions.  At Produplicator, we know that it’s impossible to make a perfect product that can’t ever be cracked and will always work with the video players.  But we do know how to find solutions to keep our products ahead of those softwares that may work to crack it.  So we constantly have revised firmware to improve the protection against ripping and duplication software that keeps popping up.

Produplicator is proud to announce the extension ofour popular USB Duplicator series

Produplicator is proud to announce the extension ofour popular USB Duplicator series

Our existingline of USB duplicators have been extremely popular due to their acceptance ofthe widest array of USB connected devices, true asynchronous operation, secure erase and many other easy to use features. Even though these systems have been very well received, a consistent question has always been whether we havelarger models, and today we are pleased to announce, yes we do!

The USB duplicator offers all the specialized features available on the smallermodels, including the patent pending unique true asynchronous duplication feature. So if you're USB duplication production has outgrown your current reproductionmethod, then the Produpliactor line of USB duplicators is the answer.

 Features:

  • Complete Standalone Operation: No PC required to operate the duplicator
  • Asynchronous Duplication: Able to copy any size master data onto multiple sources asynchronously (independently) without sacrificing duplication speed or quality for faster and more reliable duplication
  • Supports all currently available USB drive in the market
  • Secure Erase: Fully erase the USB device without the data being recovered

Produplicator's Daisy Chain Towers

Produplicator's Daisy Chain Towers

What's the purpose of purchasing a series of Daisy Chain duplicators? It's to produce a mass number of copies from a single master. The concept behind daisy chain duplicators is that you can connect multiple towers together so that when loaded with blank media, they can all simultaneously copy a single master project onto every disc in every drive across every tower at the same time.

So if your goal is to record an huge number of discs simultaneously, quickly, then any mishaps that could cause a large portion of the discs to fail the duplication process would not only be extremely frustrating and time consuming, but also extremely costly. Multiple towers all giving bad discs is far more costly than a single tower failing. That's the difference between Produplicator and the competition. Our daisy chain duplicators function in a manner that creates a natural firewall to prevent the mishaps of one tower affecting the rest of the towers in the chain. The difference being that the competition does not offer this capability and is far riskier in encountering a massive failure for all or a majority of discs being duplicated.

The concept is simple, picture the daisy chain towers are like houses and each room in the house is like each tower in the chain. The power for the houses is like the data flowing to each drive in the daisy chain. So if you have a house with 10 rooms (think 10 separate towers in a daisy chain configuration) if there are no circuit breakers or just a single circuit breaker for the whole house, then if there is a power surge that disrupts the power flow it will knock out the power in the entire house. If each room has its own circuit breaker (like each tower in the Produplicator Daisy Chain),then if there is a power surge in any particular room, it will only affect that particular room and the rest of the rooms in the house will function as normal. So the circuit breakers in each room, just like the hard drives in each tower, will act to isolate each tower from harm while still allowing the power/data to flow freely to each room/drive in the unaffected areas.

So what would you rather have, the assurance that if you have a drive that locks up or freezes, because you're using low cost/grade media, that it will not affect the majority of discs being duplicated? Or, take the chance that if the same thing happens on a non-Produplicator daisy chain system that you could lose every disc across all towers? Even with cheap media, that adds up and costs you time and effort as well to replace all those discs. When you're making so many discs at one time and time and costs are important to you, do you really want to take that chance?

If you'd like more clarification on the differences between the Produplicator Daisy Chain and the competition, feel free to contact our office anytime.
